As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and integrating product features.
You will solve technical problems of high scope and complexity and help define and improve internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices in a high-scale web environment.

Requirements:

You must have several years of full-time working experience with Node.js and Typescript.
You should have experience in writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
Experience in writing APIs (REST) and API documentation (swagger) is required.
Familiarity with Node.js frameworks is necessary, with a preference for Nest.js, though other frameworks are accepted.
You should have experience integrating with third-party services such as Stripe and DocuSign.
Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and both relational and non-relational databases is essential.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Jest is required.
Good communication skills and a sense of ownership over your code are important.
A desire to constantly learn and embrace technical challenges is expected.
Bonus points for experience in performance optimization, transitioning from monolith to service-oriented architecture, and deployment with technologies like Heroku, Docker, or AWS services.
