As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to architect, develop, and launch innovative products.
You will design, implement, and maintain backend features focused on customer experience, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
The role involves adhering to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
You will debug and resolve complex technical issues while providing support to internal teams and external customers.
Mentoring junior developers and improving the quality of engineering work within the team is also part of your responsibilities.
You will actively participate in discussions aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience on the Nivoda platform.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in backend development with Node.js is required.
At least 2 years of experience working with GraphQL is necessary.
A strong foundation in database concepts with a minimum of 4 years of experience in relational databases like PostgreSQL is essential.
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code are required.
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities are necessary for this role.
A B.S or M.S Tech degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
