Remote Senior Backend Engineer (Go), Create: Remote Development

Description:

• The Senior Backend Engineer will work on the Workspaces offering, providing remote development solutions for developers to quickly set up sandboxes.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and contribute to product offerings and roadmap.
• Responsibilities include writing high-quality code, designing and maintaining backend systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated on industry best practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members, participate in agile development practices, and drive iterative software development for the team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms, including building applications on top of Kubernetes and managing production-level clusters.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the CNCF landscape and its components, proficiency in a backend programming language (preferably Ruby or Go).
• Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems, ability to work across the infrastructure-backend stack, and self-management in an asynchronous work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and propose solutions to complex technical problems.
