Requirements:

• You must be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for essential components of the system.
• You should be open to mentoring less experienced team members.
• A passion for building robust products and the ability to apply workarounds when necessary is essential.
• Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Good architectural knowledge is necessary, without needing to be an expert.
• Demonstrable experience with Python, NodeJS, SQL, RESTful API, and Pub/Sub messaging or other event-based communication protocols is required.
• Familiarity with a development environment that includes Git, Jira, CI/CD, Docker, Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana is necessary.
• You must have the capacity to communicate clearly about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
