The company is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer for the Analytics & Integrations team in Brazil.
The MEP team focuses on maximizing marketing efforts through technology and product integrations, aiming to uncover growth opportunities.
The Analytics & Integrations team creates data products like the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and data pipelines to enable marketing campaigns and analytics insights.
Responsibilities include developing core services, engaging in architectural discussions, designing and maintaining services, addressing technical debt, constructing third-party integrations, and supporting existing systems.
The role emphasizes collaboration in an agile environment, mentoring other engineers, and promoting wellbeing in the workplace.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is required.
Candidates must have proven experience in agile product development teams and a data-driven approach.
Solid experience with Golang or Kotlin is mandatory, with familiarity in Python and JavaScript being beneficial.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL technologies, particularly DynamoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL/Aurora, is required.
Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers, especially Kafka, is necessary.
Proficiency in cloud-based architecture, particularly AWS, is essential.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes is required.
A deep understanding of software engineering principles, including DDD, SOLID, and Clean Code practices, is necessary.
Proficiency in technical documentation and understanding of technical diagrams is required.
Knowledge of martech platforms and analytics tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
