GlitchD, operating under LunaEdge, is an innovation and R&D hub focused on blockchain technology.
The company is developing the GlitchD Stack, which includes GlitchD CDK, GlitchD DA, and Zero-Knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (ZK-EVM).
As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced blockchain technologies with a primary focus on ZK-VM.
You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers to enhance the interoperability, security, and scalability of blockchain networks.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing blockchain protocols, integrating solutions into platforms, conducting research, optimizing smart contracts, ensuring security through testing, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to system architecture.

Requirements:

You must have 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
Proficiency in Rust is required, along with basic to mid-level knowledge of Go.
Experience with ZK libraries such as Plonky3, halo2, circom, Groth16, sp1, r1cs, etc., is necessary.
A strong understanding of cryptography and algorithms is essential.
You should have a solid understanding of primary blockchain frameworks and platforms like Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana.
Experience with zk rollups like Scroll, Taiko, and zkSync is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are necessary.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Bonus points:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with layer 2 scaling solutions and sidechains is a plus.
Knowledge of consensus algorithms and decentralized governance mechanisms is beneficial.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain deployment and monitoring is a bonus.
