The position is for a Senior Blockchain Engineer who will develop blockchain-based solutions across the web3 ecosystem, including protocol level engineering, smart contracts, dapps, and enterprise/financial applications.
This is a remote-first role, working with a globally distributed team of engineers and researchers.
Candidates should be proficient in one or more general programming languages and have experience in Smart Contract development, primarily in Solidity.
A deep understanding of the Ethereum blockchain, strong general engineering skills, and a firm grasp of computer science fundamentals are required.
The ideal candidate should be a robust problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent programming skills in one or more of the following languages: C#, Go, TS/JS, Solidity, Rust, Python, Java, or Kotlin.
Proficiency in a smart contract programming language (e.g., Solidity, Cairo, MOVE) with extensive experience in developing complex smart contracts is required.
Familiarity with toolings such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Remix is necessary.
Candidates should be able to implement efficient algorithms and design complex data structures.
A deep understanding of Ethereum blockchain architecture is essential.
Understanding of the DeFi landscape, including lending protocols, AMMs, Perps, and stablecoins is required.
Experience in developing off-chain applications that integrate with web3 protocols using libraries such as Web3.js and ethers.js is necessary.
A strong computer science background is required.
Candidates should be self-starters with curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with attention to detail, are essential.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills are required.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
