GlitchD, operating under the umbrella of LunaEdge, is an innovation and R&D hub focused on blockchain technology.
The company is developing the GlitchD Stack, which includes GlitchD CDK, GlitchD DA, and Zero-Knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (ZK-EVM).
As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced blockchain technologies with a primary focus on ZK-VM.
You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers to drive innovation and create solutions that enhance the interoperability, security, and scalability of blockchain networks.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing blockchain protocols, integrating solutions into existing platforms, conducting research on blockchain advancements, developing smart contracts, ensuring security and efficiency through testing, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and contributing to the overall architecture of blockchain systems.

Requirements:

You must have 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
Proficiency in Rust is required, along with basic to mid-level knowledge of Go.
Experience with ZK libraries such as Plonky3, halo2, circom, Groth16, sp1, r1cs, etc., is necessary.
A strong understanding of cryptography and algorithms is essential.
You should have a solid understanding of implementations of primary blockchain frameworks and platforms like Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana.
Experience with zk rollups like Scroll, Taiko, and zkSync is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are necessary.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
Bonus points for having a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, experience with layer 2 scaling solutions and sidechains, knowledge of consensus algorithms and decentralized governance mechanisms, contributions to open-source blockchain projects, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain deployment and monitoring.
