Olo is a leading SaaS platform that accelerates digital transformation in the restaurant industry.
The company is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join a newly formed central analytics team within the finance organization.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Analytics and supports the analytic and reporting needs of the implementation team.
The Senior Business Data Analyst will help drive performance management and key decisions around a complex implementation process.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting for Implementation Leadership, establishing new KPIs, and leading indicators of success.
The analyst will develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Snowflake, combining data from multiple systems.
Creating and managing interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker to visualize key performance metrics and insights is also a key responsibility.
The role involves conducting deep dive analysis in coordination with the Implementation leadership team to understand performance drivers.
Monitoring data quality and working with stakeholder teams to build a culture of data hygiene is essential.
The analyst will assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing solutions to improve data usability and accessibility.
Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence is expected.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is necessary, with experience querying Salesforce data being a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker, is required; familiarity with Python and DBT is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, are essential.
The ability to operate with ambiguity when technical requirements may need to be discovered is important.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The estimated compensation range for this position is $99,935 - $136,113 annually, depending on experience and location.
