The position is for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at HighLevel, reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence.
This role is 100% remote with shift timings from 3 PM to 12 AM IST.

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing scalable data pipelines and data warehouse tables.
The role involves developing and optimizing complex data processing jobs using SQL, Mozart, Snowflake, and Python.
The engineer will lead data cleansing efforts to ensure data integrity and reporting readiness.
Responsibilities include defining and implementing efficient data models, testing and validating data for accuracy, and promoting data governance initiatives.
The engineer will analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights and create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaboration with various teams to interpret business requirements and streamline reporting processes is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, analytics, or a related field is required.
Advanced SQL expertise is necessary, with experience in handling complex queries and data transformations.
Strong knowledge of engineering and operations best practices, including version control, data quality assurance, testing, and monitoring, is essential.
Data modeling expertise with experience in ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Lakes is required.
Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau to create dashboards and reports is necessary.
Programming proficiency in languages such as Python or Java for data processing and analysis is required.
Basic knowledge of statistical measures and techniques is expected.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
