The company is seeking a Rust or C++ Engineer with extensive trading experience to join their team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have previous experience working in a trading environment.
Very strong experience with either Rust and/or C/C++ is required.
A willingness to become an expert in Rust is essential if not already proficient.
Understanding of algorithmic option trading is not essential but preferred.
Experience working with SQL databases is required.
Familiarity with functional and component testing is necessary.
Previous experience with crypto exchange connectivity and/or FPGA technologies is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of gRPC and interaction with Node.js is also strongly preferred.
Experience in High Frequency Options Trading systems and low-latency options experience are not essential but are advantageous.
Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, outside-the-box thinking, and effective communication abilities.
