Description:

Modern Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to join their Analytics team, working remotely in the US.
The role involves evaluating member utilization and outcomes to maintain clinical rigor, drive product improvements, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities include analyzing member data to identify which products and services lead to improved clinical results and sharing insights with stakeholders.
The analyst will create compelling narratives around member outcomes and the company's value proposition.
Key tasks include identifying important metrics, conducting deep-dive data analyses, and building data sources and dashboards for stakeholders.
The position requires collaboration with the Clinical Strategy & Research team, as well as the Product and Go-To-Market teams.
Candidates must be comfortable working early in the morning or late at night if located outside the Pacific time zone.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in healthcare or health tech analytics.
Expertise in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization is required.
Familiarity with statistical analytics and tools such as Python or R is necessary.
Experience with Looker or equivalent BI tools is essential.
Candidates should have experience working with claims data and applying analytical concepts to measure clinical outcomes.
Proven ability to develop and own client reporting, both internal and external-facing, is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical team members at all levels are essential.
Experience in high-performing product teams with a focus on collaboration and outcomes is preferred.
A passion for the mental health space and a humble, motivated attitude are important.
