Rialtic is an enterprise software platform focused on empowering health insurers and healthcare providers to manage critical business functions.
The Senior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining infrastructure hosted on AWS and Cloudflare.
This role includes building and maintaining deployment pipelines and release automation tooling.
The engineer will collaborate with multiple platform and application development teams to test new ideas and projects.
Responsibilities also include assisting developers with AWS infrastructure questions, delivering on IAM needs, identifying and remediating security concerns, and addressing scaling and performance challenges.
The position offers a high degree of autonomy, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration to solve problems and achieve goals.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with major third-party cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, preferably with Kubernetes, AWS, and EKS.
A minimum of 5 years of experience handling application support in production, including on-call responsibilities, is required.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
Experience with Terraform, ideally in AWS, for at least 3 years is necessary.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience with GitLab/Github, ArgoCD, and Helm/Kustomize.
Prior startup experience is essential, as this role may be challenging for first-time startup employees.
A passion for automation and a proactive problem-solving attitude are required.
An understanding of the importance of reliability, observability, and security in infrastructure is crucial.
A self-starting attitude is necessary, with a focus on seeking out problems to solve independently.
