Requirements:

• A J.D. with 8+ years of legal experience, focusing on privacy, data protection, and product counsel in technology companies is required.
• Candidates must have deep expertise in US, EU, and UK privacy frameworks and experience in implementing compliance programs.
• A strong background in product counseling for technology companies is essential.
• The ability to navigate complex technology issues and provide practical solutions is necessary.
• Experience in implementing privacy-by-design principles in product development is required.
• A strategic mindset to balance innovation and compliance is important.
• Active membership in a US State Bar is required.
• Candidates should be self-starters with experience supporting remote teams.
