Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a client in the hospitality industry.
• This position is remote and available within Argentina and Uruguay.
• The Analyst will be part of the Data and Analytics team within the larger Product organization.
• This role involves partnering with Guest Service Leaders to define KPIs and manage the measurement and analysis of operations metrics.
• Responsibilities include analyzing, testing, and building dashboards to monitor GGS operations performance.
• The Analyst will identify new opportunities for cost optimization and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• The role requires working cross-functionally to define key metrics and measures of success.
• The Analyst will collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure quality tracking and utilize various data sources to build tools and uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Candidates should be passionate about deriving usable business insights from data and tackling complex analytics challenges.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be results-oriented and able to identify dependencies while leveraging multiple information sources.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth startup is required.
• Advanced skills in SQL with the ability to write complex and optimized queries are necessary.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools is required.
• Experience with experiment design and statistical test analysis is essential.
• Familiarity with Python and/or R is a significant plus.
• Previous experience in Contact Center analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates must be able to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment.
