• The Senior Data Analyst will be part of the Global Analytics | Business Analytics team in Brazil.
• This role involves maintaining a data-focused culture and driving strategic initiatives.
• Responsibilities include developing and managing data operations for Wellhub’s growth strategy, defining operational processes, generating business-focused dashboards, and educating stakeholders on data usage.
• The analyst will partner with global team leaders to provide actionable insights, build scalable dashboards, develop analytical models, and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensuring data quality and championing data governance best practices are also key responsibilities.
• The role requires presenting insights to diverse audiences and fostering a supportive work environment focused on wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in managing stakeholder requests and prioritizing tasks is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent SQL skills are required to translate business requests into code.
• Proven expertise in data visualization is essential, with advanced skills in designing interactive dashboards, preferably using Tableau or similar tools.
• Candidates should be comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possess a curious mindset.
• A driven self-starter attitude and a passion for excellence and continuous improvement are important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Nice to have: Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, experience working with data engineers, and exposure to Python or other scripting languages.
