Ollie is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their cross-functional team focused on an on-demand pet health screening service.
The role involves leveraging data-driven experiences and expertise in product analytics, hypothesis testing, and exploratory analysis to enhance engagement with the program and improve product offerings.
Responsibilities include leading hypothesis-driven analytical projects, conducting exploratory analysis to unlock insights related to canine health, and designing tests to measure the impact of new digital features and product innovations.
The analyst will serve as the go-to data resource for the cross-functional team, providing ad hoc analysis, defining metrics, and communicating data needs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a subscription-based high-growth consumer business or in a healthcare/science-related field.
A strong belief in Ollie’s mission and a deep empathy for the needs of dogs and their owners is essential.
Proficiency in technical skills such as SQL and Excel, along with statistical analysis and product analytics, is required.
Experience in sourcing and joining information from various platforms, including web analytics and production databases, is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in breaking down complex analytical problems into manageable components and effectively communicating insights in both written and verbal formats.
