Remote Senior Data Analyst - Compliance

Description:

• Binance is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Compliance to oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary Data Analyst team.
• The role involves designing and building complex visualizations and analytical models to meet compliance or regulatory requirements.
• The analyst will work closely with compliance areas to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful analytical use cases, turning complex findings into simple visualizations and actionable recommendations.
• Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting large volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using various data tools and platforms.
• The analyst will support and manage data requests from business stakeholders, understanding business change needs and assessing their impact.
• The position requires collaboration with compliance areas to identify and deliver on pressing analytical use cases.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field, along with professional work experience in a relevant field, is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills are essential.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, R, and Python is necessary.
• Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI, is required.
• Familiarity with large volumes of data and big data technologies, including Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, and Hive, is important.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and the ability to set work priorities is needed.
• A good business sense and logical thinking, along with the ability to synthesize information and generalize patterns, are required.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and financial trading analysis is beneficial.
