The Senior Data Analyst (Content) will be responsible for data analysis in square and trading insights scenarios.
This role involves providing advanced analytics, reporting, and BI applications.
The analyst will support and manage data requests from business stakeholders, understanding business change requirements and assessing the impact of these changes.
Collaboration with Square and trading businesses is essential to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful analysis use cases.
The position requires utilizing BI and AI (LLM) solutions to drive the implementation of autonomous data analysis.
The analyst will also lead junior data analysts in completing challenging data analysis projects.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of work experience in data analysis is required, with proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and other data analysis techniques.
Candidates must be proficient in SQL, Spark, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other common data analysis tools.
Extensive experience in content platform or internet product data analysis is necessary, along with familiarity with relevant data metrics and analysis methods.
A deep understanding of business processes and requirements is essential, with the ability to translate complex analytical insights into executable action plans.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required for effective collaboration with cross-national and cross-cultural teams.
Candidates should demonstrate strong initiative, proactively identifying and solving business problems, and showing a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
A continuous learning attitude is important, with a focus on staying informed about the latest data analysis technologies and the integration of LLM with data analysis.
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills are necessary.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills are required to effectively manage and develop the data analysis group.
