The modern data stack includes Snowflake, dbt, Rudderstack, Python, SQL, Sigma, Metaplane, and Eppo.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of extensive experience building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth environments.
Proven experience in startup environments is required, with a track record of wearing multiple hats and driving initiatives independently.
Deep expertise in modern data stack tools, particularly Snowflake and dbt, is essential.
A strong background in data modeling, schema design, and data architecture at scale is necessary.
Demonstrated experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability solutions is required.
Experience in building and scaling experimentation (A/B testing) infrastructure is needed.
Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python are mandatory.
A track record of successfully managing data infrastructure during periods of explosive growth is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with the tech stack mentioned, blockchain or cryptocurrencies, improving dashboard performance, and implementing data cataloging and metadata management solutions.
