The Senior Data Scientist will join the Partner Content (CODE) team in Brazil, focusing on enhancing user experience in their wellbeing journey.
The role involves applying AI models to generate content, leveraging existing data, and gathering additional data to understand user behavior and preferences.
Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for generative AI, providing data insights, fine-tuning models, developing prompts, preparing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The position requires staying current with generative AI research and maintaining comprehensive documentation of models and processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is necessary.
Knowledge of generative models, including GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, and transformers is essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on experimental design and data analysis are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese are necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience in model fine-tuning, deploying generative AI models in production, familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision applications, and knowledge of vector databases.
