The role requires an experienced Architect to help enable creative, automation-based solutions for businesses of all sizes.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience with VMWare cloud design, implementation, and migration of customer workloads.
The position involves working in a dynamic environment and encourages innovative solutions to technical problems while prioritizing customer needs.
Proven experience in multiple VMWare deployments and migrations of large and complex customer environments is essential.
Responsibilities include operating as a Lead Architect, providing expert VMware technical leadership, architecting VMware solutions in hybrid cloud environments, and implementing VMware solutions.
The role also involves participating in client workshops, documenting solutions, providing expert consultancy, and conducting assessments of customer environments.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong knowledge of designing, building, implementing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed, highly available systems.
A strong understanding of Project Management methodologies is required.
Knowledge of services and protocols, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of hosting environments, including web servers, databases, and OpenStack is necessary.
Scripting knowledge/experience (PowerCLI, REST) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of vCloud Director and vCloud Foundation is essential.
Candidates should possess advanced knowledge in current and emerging network software and hardware technology and protocols.
A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology/engineering subject is required.
Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to own issues until full resolution.
Good time management and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for creating and sharing project-related documentation.
Experience in producing design documents such as HLDs and LLDs, as well as migration documentation, is required.
A willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly are important.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, and relevant technical certifications are highly regarded.
