Description:
This position is specifically dedicated to the Innovation team at Workleap.
The Innovation team focuses on pushing boundaries and building new products from the ground up, including AI capabilities.
The team operates with a startup mindset, prioritizing actions and fast iterations, and consists of small teams with minimal hierarchy.
As a senior developer, you will work on new products and AI capabilities, collaborating closely with co-founders, product managers, designers, data scientists, data engineers, and other developers.
The role is hands-on, involving all aspects of shipping products: devops, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Responsibilities include developing new features, designing solutions for technical problems, maintaining clean architecture, and providing support to early adopters.
A typical week involves 60% developing new features, 25% design and technical feedback, 10% supporting early adopters, and 5% team meetings and rituals.
Upcoming challenges include building new features for new products, collaborating with the platform team, and improving development practices.
Requirements:
You must have solid skills in back-end software development using Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, C#, .NET, and MongoDB.
Good skills in front-end software development using TypeScript, React, and CSS are required.
Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is necessary.
You should be a master of SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI principles.
Capability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests is essential.
You must be able to break down complex technical concepts and communicate them simply to stakeholders or the team.
Familiarity with current trends and best practices in software architecture, including performance, security, and usability, is required.
You should be familiar with product and design lifecycles and have experience collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.
Autonomy, high agency, and being great to work with are important traits.
Experience in start-up environments will be considered a bonus.
