Description:

Ondo Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Developer Relations Lead to establish a developer ecosystem for their new 0-1 initiative focused on Real World Asset (RWA) blockchain infrastructure.
The role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, and Business Development teams to enhance the platform for minting RWAs and creating innovative experiences.
Responsibilities include being a technical representative for Ondo, growing the developer community, facilitating open-source contributions, and organizing hackathons and developer programs.
The candidate will identify developer needs, manage a roadmap for RWA infrastructure, and maintain relationships with third-party partners in both web2 and web3 spaces.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of full-time Developer Relations experience at a web3 protocol, L1, or L2.
At least 2 years of full-time software engineering experience, preferably in web3, with the ability to troubleshoot bugs or partner-related issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with published examples of developer blog posts, video tutorials, or open-source contributions.
Candidates must be based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
A Bachelor's degree or significant coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Familiarity with the Real-World Asset space and DeFi protocols, as well as smart contract development and blockchain protocols, is essential.
A strong ownership mentality and the ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous situations are necessary.
Familiarity with the Cosmos SDK and ecosystem tools is a plus.
