As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and expanding the cloud infrastructure and platform tools.
You will enhance the engineer's experience by implementing new features for internal platforms and solving problems to improve processes.
The role involves driving innovative technical solutions, collaborating with project leads and software engineers, and participating in a team on-call rotation.
Requirements:
You should have 3-4 years of DevOps/SRE/development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
A solid understanding of DevOps best practices and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues is required.
You must be capable of driving a project from concept to release.
Experience with cloud computing providers such as GCP or AWS is necessary.
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators, and modern API Gateways like Kong or NGINX is expected.
You should have experience in Go or a similar programming language.
A drive for Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, along with automation using Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or similar solutions is essential.
Experience with scaling CI/CD platforms, such as Github Actions and ArgoCD, with a focus on engineer satisfaction is required.
You should have experience maintaining high availability and/or high traffic production web environments.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others are important.
