Description:

  • As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the DevOps topic and have the opportunity to build your dream infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, high-availability infrastructure using Docker and Ansible.
  • You will implement and enforce best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and security.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD for seamless automated deployments.
  • Implement security best practices across infrastructure and applications, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, providing insights from both development and DevOps perspectives.
  • Support your work with backend development in PHP and manage MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
  • Strong experience in configuring and managing Apache, Nginx, and HAProxy for web hosting and load balancing.
  • Proficient in monitoring tools like Nagios, Icinga, and Grafana to ensure system health.
  • Deep knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Awareness of security best practices, especially when handling sensitive healthcare data.
  • Experience with New Relic for application performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Solid experience using Ansible for configuration management and automation.
  • Strong PHP development skills, preferably with Symfony or Laravel frameworks.
  • Strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management.
