Description:
- As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Nillion, you will be responsible for working on both internal cloud infrastructure and external deployment kits for node operators.
- Your role will be crucial in implementing a new security, storage, and computation model for sensitive data on a decentralized network.
- You will need expertise in various areas of computer science to excel in this role.
Requirements:
- Must have 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on Containerization (Docker, AWS, Kubernetes), Distributed Systems, and Decentralized Computing.
- Need at least 5 years of experience with DevOps tools, automated infrastructure management using Terraform, Cloud Storage, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Should have a track record of building production-grade code to support a diverse user base for upcoming milestones.
- Experience in designing and implementing robust system and cloud architectures for scalability, resilience, and optimal performance.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment and integration of applications, aligning with product goals.
- Experience in deploying services with strict availability requirements in a large-scale environment.
Nice to have:
- Strong communication skills to tailor solutions effectively for developers and senior technical leadership.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and technologies like CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and Cloud Computing.
- Passion for Blockchain Technology, Web3.0, or Confidential Computing.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Rust, Golang, and node.js.
- Experience in building large-scale systems and effectively communicating priorities with transparency.
