Description:

As a senior engineer, you will be involved in architecture decisions that shape the product, focusing on high stability and performance.
You will work with the latest open source technologies and leverage your system design skills for a robust system.
Your role includes driving decisions among engineering trade-offs and empathizing with customers to find innovative solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure the right solutions are built for customers.
Mentor other engineers and provide hands-on teaching to elevate the team's skills.
Work with a passionate group dedicated to positively impacting the lives of first responders.
Requirements:
You must have 10+ years of professional software development experience in C++, Go, Rust, or another systems programming language.
You should have 10+ years of experience writing unit, integration, and/or system-level tests.
A minimum of 5 years of experience mentoring junior team members and/or leading small teams is required.
You need a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design, and code quality verification.
Experience with Embedded Linux development and/or RTOS is essential.
