Description:

  • The Senior Engineer position at Core10 is a remote role that involves assisting in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • The role requires writing high-quality code using C# in a DevOps/test-driven development mindset focused on automation.
  • Working on agile-scrum project teams to deliver software features and enhancements.
  • Collaborating on cloud and hybrid infrastructures to architect scalable systems.
  • Designing and/or reviewing new APIs and upgrading existing APIs to comply with industry standards.
  • Evolving APIs to create self-contained product modules for customer use.
  • Ensuring API compliance with Open API specification and standards like FDX.
  • Conducting code reviews, coaching engineers, and writing acceptance criteria.
  • Taking responsibility for developer documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Contributing to best-in-class documentation, tutorials, code libraries, and sample code.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer, including C#.
  • Experience with ICE Loan Origination System (ICE LOS).
  • 5+ years of experience designing Restful APIs using tools like Swagger, RAML, API Blueprint, etc.
  • Experience working in agile environments and writing code to test APIs.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Gitlab, CI/CD, and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency with server-side languages, front-end languages, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android app development, relational database design, and cloud environments.
  • Bonus points for Banking or Fintech experience, EKS, EC2, Athena, Kinesis, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudFront, S3, IAM services experience, and Microservices architecture experience.
