Description:
The Engineering team is responsible for developing the code that allows customers to achieve powerful outcomes with the product in a simple and intuitive manner.
Prioritizing delivering product iterations swiftly by building minimum viable products, deploying to production multiple times per day, listening to customer feedback, and iterating accordingly.
Handling high-volume data ingestion in real-time from over 20 integrations, storing and querying billions of customer data points, and sending over 200 million emails and SMS messages monthly.
The role involves collaborating on defining the technical vision, leading discussions, and implementing complex projects.
Enhancing engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and the team.
Participating in recruiting, conducting interviews, and fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
Inspiring and mentoring less experienced engineers.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale.
Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
Benefits:
