Remote Senior Engineer

Description:

• The Engineering team is responsible for developing the code that allows customers to achieve powerful outcomes with the product in a simple and intuitive manner.
• Prioritizing delivering product iterations swiftly by building minimum viable products, deploying to production multiple times per day, listening to customer feedback, and iterating accordingly.
• Handling high-volume data ingestion in real-time from over 20 integrations, storing and querying billions of customer data points, and sending over 200 million emails and SMS messages monthly.
• The role involves collaborating on defining the technical vision, leading discussions, and implementing complex projects.
• Enhancing engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and the team.
• Participating in recruiting, conducting interviews, and fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
• Inspiring and mentoring less experienced engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale.
• Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
