Description:

  • Softrams, LLC is seeking a full-time Senior Front-End Developer with over 9 years of experience.
  • The role involves being part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, usable, and responsive applications for mission-critical U.S. federal government health IT solutions.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders and able to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
  • The position is remote, but candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Responsibilities include creating a new user interface for tracking analytical models, integrating metadata management with the UI, developing automated unit testing, analyzing complex business challenges, designing end-to-end user experiences, and championing modern application development practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is required.
  • Candidates must have 14+ years of application development experience or related experience.
  • Expert proficiency and extensive demonstrated experience in UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript), UI Testing (Karma, Jasmine), Angular, Angular Material UI Component Library, Node.js, NPM, RESTful Web Services, and Apache Tomcat are essential.
  • Experience with the AWS ecosystem and related tools and technologies is required.
  • Candidates should have experience working in agile (SAFe) environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack.
  • Proficiency in development and maintenance using GitHub is necessary.
  • Candidates must demonstrate resourcefulness and the ability to work independently with little to no direction.
  • The ability to create clear design documentation is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include application development experience for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, experience with 508 compliance and JAWS, Splunk experience, and AWS certifications.
