Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Front-end Developer with a strong knowledge of Angular to act as a technical leader in the team, ensuring the quality of solutions from a technological perspective in a project for a client.
You will have an impact on the further development and scaling of the client's product.
Working mainly with Polish teams in the Polish time zone, occasional work until 6:30 PM may be required due to collaboration with a client from the USA.
Client: A dynamically growing company in the automotive industry.
The client is a significant player in the American automotive market, developing car sales worldwide through innovative CRM solutions. They provide key software for car dealers to streamline operations and increase sales efficiency.
Team: Consists of 40 specialists divided into 7 internal teams, working in an international environment with knowledge exchange and collaboration with local and remote Future Processing teams being common.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in programming in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Excellent knowledge of Angular framework at an advanced level.
Ability to write unit tests.
Experience in designing architecture.
Familiarity with good practices such as SOLID, DRY, TDD.
Experience in coordinating team members' work.
High level of autonomy and business awareness.
Comfortable with challenges and confident in communication with international clients.
Experience working in agile methodologies.
Solution-oriented mindset, proactive in client communication, values quality and responsibility.
