Brainlabs is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with a focus on Technical SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join their team in India.
The position requires at least 5 years of experience and involves collaborating with clients such as Consumer Cellular and F5.
Key responsibilities include leading and strategizing projects, developing responsive web interfaces, performing advanced site audits, ensuring adherence to technical SEO best practices, implementing web accessibility standards, and conducting A/B tests.
The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to create data-driven user experiences and optimize website performance.
The working hours for this position are from 2pm to 11pm IST.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer is required.
Candidates must have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO principles, structured data, canonicalization, and crawl optimization is essential.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog is necessary.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO strategies is required.
Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify is needed.
A strong understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with design tools like Figma is important.
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and advanced skills in version control systems like Git are required.
Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
A willingness to experiment and document results is necessary.
