Description:
- The Senior Frontend Engineer will join the Engineering Enablement Team at impact.com, focusing on providing robust tools, frameworks, and practices to empower the engineering organization.
- Responsibilities include designing scalable frontend architectures, developing and maintaining tooling and automation for efficient frontend development, providing technical mentorship to junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, enforcing coding standards, staying updated with industry trends, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries, particularly Vue.js. React and Angular experience a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of key design principles and proficiency with the design tool Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
