Remote Senior Front-end Engineer

Description:

• Binance is seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer to design and build the next generation of the web framework for their exchange and other products.
• The role involves designing and building libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, enhancing development efficiency, and improving code quality.
• Responsibilities include defining and implementing architecture standards and best practices, as well as optimizing web applications to maximize speed and scale.

Requirements:

• There is no academic degree requirement; the evaluation is based solely on technical depth.
• Candidates must be masters of JavaScript and NodeJS, with at least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• A deep understanding of the underlying mechanisms of popular UI rendering frameworks, such as React or Vue, is required.
• Candidates should have a deep understanding of web performance optimization and error monitoring.
• Mastery and a proven track record in areas such as developing toolkits to improve frontend development efficiency and quality, with a deep understanding of esbuild, Webpack, Parcel, Vite, etc., are essential.
• Mastery in writing and optimizing compilers and runtime for DSL, server-side NodeJS framework development, and server-side rendering is required.
• Proficiency in Micro Frontend Management, mono-repo tools, and experience with CICD pipelines is necessary.
• Strong hands-on coding capabilities are a must.
