Description:

Work on accelerating the development of applications used by the Client's network of brokers
Collaborate with innovation engineering teammates and product managers to build, maintain, and enhance a suite of in-house software products for a leading real estate firm
Break down silos, foster collaboration, and innovate the Client's tech stack
Lead complex engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high quality and innovative solutions
Demonstrate expertise in Typescript, Javascript, Jest, Selenium, React, Redux, and REST
Mentor Intermediate and Associate Engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Contribute to process improvement, system enhancement, and technology integration
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive advantage

5+ years of relevant engineering experience with a progression of technical complexity and leadership responsibilities
Proven track record of successfully leading development projects
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices
Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript
Experience with Azure is preferred
Ability to navigate complex engineering challenges while focusing on team growth and communication
Motivated to guide and develop less experienced engineers and create an innovative team environment
Willingness to engage with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
