Remote Senior Front-End React Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Front-End React Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing front-end features in React with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• They will assist in creating and maintaining a unified UI layer across multiple applications.
• Participation in defining development processes, including agile project management, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and release processes.
• Working in an agile environment to frequently ship features and build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensuring quality by extensively testing code and supporting project tracking to manage schedule, budget, and scope.
• Resolving complex production issues and building user-friendly applications with a focus on performance.
• Mentoring team members and possessing good people skills.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience in React with Hooks, Typescript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong knowledge of state management libraries and experience with NextJs.
• Proficiency in unit testing using Jest and familiarity with consuming REST.
• Proficiency in development tools like Jira, Git, Bash, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud providers, preferably Azure, and knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, and experience working in agile environments.
