Description:

• As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the creation and improvement of our web interfaces, ensuring they are visually appealing, highly usable, and performant.
• You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to craft optimal user experiences.
• Your role will involve technical leadership and advocating for best practices in frontend development.

Requirements:

• You must translate design wireframes into the code that will produce visual elements of the application, working with the UI/UX designer to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
• You will spearhead the development of new user-facing features and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, promoting scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
• You are required to optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability, addressing issues related to browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• You must maintain and improve code quality, organization, and automation, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and consistency.
• You will provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced frontend developers, helping them overcome technical challenges and grow their skills in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• You are expected to collaborate with backend developers and product managers to understand and meet product requirements, delivering comprehensive frontend solutions.
• You must ensure that all frontend components meet accessibility standards and are compliant with web security protocols, implementing security-conscious practices in the frontend codebase.
• You will stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends, leading and participating in workshops and hackathons to foster innovation and continuous learning within the team.
• You will lead the frontend team in the swift resolution of production issues impacting users, ensuring minimal downtime and enhancing user satisfaction.
