Description:

SAP Fioneer is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to work on the Engagement Hub product, which aims to make insurance products available on various distribution platforms.
The position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Romania or Serbia, or from offices in Belgrade or Cluj.
The team consists of insurance industry experts, product owners, scrum masters, service designers, UI/UX designers, and software engineers focused on backend and frontend technologies.
The role involves working in a full scrum team using technologies such as React, Webpack, npm, micro frontends, Figma, and Storybook.
The engineer will work on generating micro frontends, customizing their look and feel, and providing integration solutions for developers using various web applications.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
The candidate must be accustomed to collaborating closely with UI designers and understand the concept of web components.
An in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS / LESS / SCSS) is required.
Solid experience with TypeScript or strongly typed languages is necessary.
Extensive experience with Angular 16+ and knowledge of ngrx and rxjs is essential.
The candidate should actively use linters and write clean, readable code for both developers and machines.
A solution-oriented mindset with a structured working approach is expected.
Fluency in English is required.
It would be advantageous to have experience in writing reusable web components, familiarity with micro frontends and module federation, and knowledge of best practices in creating and maintaining npm packages.
A strong interest in modern technologies and tools is also preferred.
