We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Lead Frontend Developer to implement advanced user interfaces and drive the development of cutting-edge web applications.
You will develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js.
You will work with state management tools like XState and Stately to build scalable, maintainable frontend architectures.
You will collaborate closely with the Lead Frontend Developer, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
You will translate complex design specifications and wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
You will ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimisation, and adherence to accessibility standards.
You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality coding standards.
You will contribute to the design and evolution of the component library and frontend design systems.
You will troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, ensuring smooth functionality across all devices.
You will stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
You must have 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is essential.
Hands-on experience with state management tools, particularly XState or Redux, is required.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling is necessary.
Experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers like Webpack, Babel, and Vite is expected.
A strong understanding of modern web development practices, including responsive design and accessibility (WCAG), is required.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering solutions are essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
