Description:

Notabene is on a mission to integrate crypto into the everyday economy, serving over 100 customers including financial institutions and fintechs.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will evolve and maintain core embedded Payments UI components that facilitate compliance in payment flows.
You will gather additional information from end users to ensure transaction safety, interfacing with various web3 and hardware wallets.
The role involves working with Svelte and mobile development frameworks like React Native to create a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.
You will collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to introduce new features to the market.
You will advocate for best practices in frontend development and security, setting high standards for technical implementation.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3+ years focused on developing embedded UI components for payments, web3, or secure applications.
Strong Web3 experience is required, with knowledge of current crypto transaction settlements and emerging payment use cases.
A deep understanding of cryptography, public/private key encryption/signing is necessary, with knowledge of decentralized identity and verifiable credentials preferred.
Proficiency in Svelte and React/React Native is essential, along with experience in building and optimizing components for web and mobile.
You should have strong knowledge of web security and PII handling best practices, particularly in relation to sensitive user data in embedded UIs.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, web sockets, and understanding event-driven data flows is required, ideally in payment or identity verification contexts.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment are necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to write, present, and collaborate across teams.
