Remote Senior Frontend Engineer (React) - 4 Day Week

Description:

• Shape.Construction is seeking senior/lead frontend developers to work on pushing the limits of ReactJS PWA for digitizing the construction industry.
• The product being developed will serve as the digital backbone for construction organizations, used by individuals involved in building roads, railways, buildings, power, and water supplies.
• The platform will digitize workflows, provide descriptive and predictive analytics, and be accessible in the field, office, and boardroom.
• Ideal candidates should excel in English communication, have over 3 years of experience in React or Next.js, prioritize writing tests, be proficient in Typescript/JavaScript, and have experience with CSS preprocessors.
• Additional desirable skills include creating semantic HTML documents, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in code, and the ability to work on Rails services if needed.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English communication (B or higher level).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in React or Next.js.
• Strong emphasis on writing tests (unit and functional) and creating testable code.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like Tailwind, Post CSS, Styled Components, LESS, SASS, or others.
• Familiarity with Typescript/JavaScript.
• Desirable skills include creating semantic HTML documents, identifying and resolving code bottlenecks, and working on Rails services if required.
