Description:
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join the Client Journey Squad within the CIA (Client Innovation Area) in Brazil.
The role involves simplifying the management of employees' eligibility for benefits and services, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
You will collaborate with developers, a product manager, and a UX designer to enhance the client experience using the product.
Responsibilities include developing tools and platforms, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to the technical and business evolution of the platform.
The position offers an opportunity to advance expertise in front-end development within an agile team environment.
Requirements:
Solid experience with modern component-oriented front-end frameworks like React.
Proficiency in using state-of-the-art JS ecosystem tools such as Typescript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS.
Experience in designing and developing modern web applications and working with shared Design Systems.
Comfortable with exploring new CSS techniques and open to continuous learning and growth.
Familiarity with testing methodologies like unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and a belief in automation.
Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese to collaborate with diverse teams across different countries.
Ability to make decisions based on facts and data.
Prior experience with React.js, Typescript, and GraphQL is mandatory for this role.
