Description:

  • Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join the Client Journey Squad within the CIA (Client Innovation Area) in Brazil.
  • The role involves simplifying the management of employees' eligibility for benefits and services, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
  • You will collaborate with developers, a product manager, and a UX designer to enhance the client experience using the product.
  • Responsibilities include developing tools and platforms, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to the technical and business evolution of the platform.
  • The position offers an opportunity to advance expertise in front-end development within an agile team environment.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with modern component-oriented front-end frameworks like React.
  • Proficiency in using state-of-the-art JS ecosystem tools such as Typescript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS.
  • Experience in designing and developing modern web applications and working with shared Design Systems.
  • Comfortable with exploring new CSS techniques and open to continuous learning and growth.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies like unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and a belief in automation.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese to collaborate with diverse teams across different countries.
  • Ability to make decisions based on facts and data.
  • Prior experience with React.js, Typescript, and GraphQL is mandatory for this role.
