Description:

The company is hiring a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for the Service Channels team in Brazil, focusing on developing scalable solutions to enhance productivity and user experience.
The Service Channels team is responsible for creating products that enable external customers to resolve issues independently through a Help Center and a WebChat widget.
The role involves working within an agile full-stack engineering team, driving frontend architecture, enhancing existing systems, ensuring successful deliveries, and writing maintainable code and tests.
The engineer will also participate in incident resolution, mentor other developers, and promote a supportive work environment that prioritizes wellbeing.
Requirements:
Candidates must have solid experience with modern component-oriented front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js.
Expertise in using the JS ecosystem tooling, including Typescript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS, is required.
Experience in designing and developing modern web applications and working with shared Design Systems is necessary.
A strong background in CSS and a willingness to learn new techniques is essential.
Candidates should be open to working in an agile environment and understand various testing methodologies.
Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different cultures are important.
Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A belief in using data and facts for decision-making is expected.
