• The company is hiring a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for the Marketing Engineering & Platform focus area, specifically in the Website Squad, based in Brazil.
• The MEP - Website Squad is responsible for the Wellhub public Website, Blog, and Landing page platforms, combining marketing and product efforts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• The role involves developing and deploying project-level solutions with minimal supervision and writing maintainable code.
• The engineer will follow best practices, participate in code reviews, and provide design feedback.
• Responsibilities include understanding project requirements, navigating legacy code, solving bugs, owning project deliverables, and writing comprehensive design documentation.
• The engineer will communicate technical decisions, suggest effective alternatives, and assist in hiring new talents.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be Software Engineers with a focus on web development.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Prior work experience applying computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis is necessary.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, Styled Components, NodeJS (for BFFs), GraphQL, Apollo Client, and Typescript is mandatory.
• Experience with React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, or similar technologies is required.
• Knowledge of tracking events such as Google Analytics or Segment is essential.
• Solid experience with GitHub actions, DDD, SOLID principles, design patterns, distributed systems, and architecture is expected.
• Expertise in cloud-based architectures (AWS / GCP) is necessary.
• Technical and non-technical proficiency in English is required.
