The company is hiring a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for the Wellbeing Access team in Brazil, which is part of the Client Innovation Area (CIA).
The role involves enhancing eligibility verification during the sign-up flow and improving tools and applications for internal teams and external clients.
The engineer will work within an agile team, collaborating with developers and a product manager to drive frontend architecture and support existing systems.
Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, participating in incident resolution, mentoring other developers, and ensuring high-quality code through best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have solid experience with modern component-oriented front-end frameworks, particularly React.
Expertise in the JS ecosystem, including Typescript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS, is required.
Experience in designing and developing modern web applications and working with shared Design Systems is necessary.
A strong understanding of CSS and willingness to learn new techniques is expected.
Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, is essential.
Candidates should value automation in processes such as tests and CI/CD.
Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different cultures.
Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
