Description:

  • The company Oppizi is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Frontend/Backend Engineer to join their Tech Team.
  • This is a full-time remote position open to candidates in Europe.
  • The team consists of 12 Software Engineers, 3 AQA Engineers, 6 MQA Engineers, QA Lead, 2 UI/UX Designers, 3 Product Managers, Head of Product, and CTO.
  • The team is divided into 4 groups: Oppizi Ads (PMF team), Expansion, Core, and Wild Duck.
  • The role involves working on challenging projects to innovate the platform and benefit customers and partners.
  • Responsibilities include using modern technologies, collaborating with teams, building testable code, troubleshooting issues, and more.
  • The position requires working with Web Platform, API, and Mobile App environments.
  • The candidate will work in a remote setting with daily stand-ups and communication with a distributed team.
  • The role involves maintaining and improving platforms built with React.Js, Node.Js, React-Native, and more.
  • The candidate will contribute towards product practices and share knowledge to improve the craft.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ECMAScript 6 standards.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and React.
  • 7+ years of commercial experience in web development.
  • Experience in implementing REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Understanding of TDD, microservice architecture, and clean architecture principles.
  • Experience with GIT, RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, and TypeScript.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience in JavaScript.
  • Ability to efficiently learn new tools and languages.
