Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with various programming languages, including .NET and Java.
• Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting is required.
• Experience in leading a team of Software Developers and Associate Software Developers is necessary.
• Candidates should have mentorship and pair programming experience.
• A four-year degree or successful completion of a respected Java or .NET developer bootcamp/accelerator, or extensive mentorship program is required.
• Candidates must successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to influence, demonstrate professionalism and accountability, and a passion for learning.
