Description:
Softrams, LLC is seeking a full-time Senior Full-Stack Developer (Angular) with over 9 years of experience.
The role involves being part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, usable, and responsive applications for mission-critical U.S. federal government health IT solutions.
The position is remote, but candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and able to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
Responsibilities include creating a new user interface for tracking analytical models, integrating metadata management, developing automated unit testing, analyzing complex business challenges, designing end-to-end user experiences, and championing modern application development practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is required.
Candidates must have 14+ years of application development experience or related experience.
Expert proficiency and extensive experience with Angular, Hibernate or similar ORM tools, Restful APIs with Spring or similar Java frameworks, Postgres or similar relational databases, UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript), Node.js and NPM, and Tomcat or similar application servers are required.
Experience with the AWS ecosystem and related tools and technologies is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working in agile (SAFe) environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack.
Experience with development and maintenance using GitHub is required.
The candidate must be resourceful and able to work independently with little to no direction.
The ability to create clear design documentation is essential.
Preferred qualifications include application development experience for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, Splunk experience, and AWS certifications.
