Description:

Thoropass is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5 to 6 years of experience to build and maintain existing and new applications.
The role involves making direct technical contributions by writing, reviewing, and deploying code using technologies such as Javascript, React, GraphQL, Python, and Django.
The developer will work closely with the Product Manager to understand problems, develop solutions, and implement them in production.
Responsibilities include writing clean, easy-to-read code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with the team to achieve quarterly goals.
The position is permanent and requires a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
The Senior Full Stack Developer will report directly to the Engineering Manager.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of front-end and back-end development experience.
Strong experience with React and Python is required.
An understanding of the value that features or bugs bring to customers is essential.
A passion for coding and delivering an exceptional customer experience is necessary.
Experience with API implementation is required.
Candidates should maintain composure in high-stress situations while focusing on efficient issue resolution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, along with advanced English proficiency.
An interest in self-improvement is expected.
